Refund Policy

At Dragon Wrestling, we are committed to creating a positive, drama-free environment where athletes can grow on and off the mat. To maintain fairness and consistency for all members, the following refund policy applies:

No Refunds

• No refunds will be issued for athletes who quit, are dismissed, or leave the program for any reason.

• Membership fees, camp registrations, and event payments are non-refundable once paid.

• Donations are final and non-refundable.

Dismissal Policy

• Dragon Wrestling operates under a 3-Strike Policy regarding athlete and parent behavior, effort, and attitude.

• Negative behavior, poor sportsmanship, or disruptive conduct from athletes or parents will not be tolerated.

• After three documented strikes, the athlete and/or family will be dismissed from the program with no refund of fees.

Club Standards

• We are a drama-free club that values respect, effort, and positive attitudes from both athletes and parents.

• All members are expected to uphold these values to maintain the integrity of our program and community.

Financial Hardship

• While refunds are not offered, Dragon Wrestling remains committed to accessibility. Families facing financial hardship are encouraged to contact us for scholarship or assistance opportunities.
